How much is the deposit and how do I pay for it?

Deposits are 50% of the service (non-refundable) you are receiving and is due 1 month before your booked appointment. This ensures your appointment is confirmed for the time and date you have requested. The deposit goes towards the total final amount for the services you are receiving.

 

Deposits can be sent by eTransfer to luna.v.artistry@gmail.com with the subject "(YOUR FULL NAME) Deposit (Date of Service). After service has been fully paid for, a detail invoice will be emailed to you for your own records!

 

*TIPPING: Tips are never necessary, but they are so appreciated! These can be sent in an additional eTransfer or by cash. Thank you again in advance!*

Do I need to book a trial?

While trials are NOT mandatory, they are encouraged to better zone in on the look you are looking to achieve. This helps our artists to gauge: how well your hair holds curls, what your skin type is, product colour matching, etc. This also gives us a chance to chat with you and get to know you better, we love spending time with our clients!
